Candidates must submit both the business plan PPT and the code PPT.
The business plan PPT has to be done by the Business Planner and the designer, and the code PPT is completed by the developer.
The conditions are:
• The minimum requirements for the business plan PPT must include the following items:
• Proposal purpose: Use blockchain to solve the needs of a certain area.
• Solution: How to use smart contracts and Tokens to solve this need.
• Revenue model: The pattern of revenue generation and revenue expectations.
• Project Logo: Design a suitable logo for the project and Token.
• UI: Design a suitable UI for project planning.
• Code PPT must contain the following minimum items:
• Token design: code for issuing Tokens based on the project plan
• Smart contract design: The smart contract design must be in alignment with the business plan
Note: Participants must develop based on the NEO blockchain. Details of NEO related codes and

Q : What is a hackathon?
A : hackathon is where you turn your ideas into real world implementation. Hackers gather together and build something they're passionate about. We provide space, foods, supports, and prices for you to build your ideas!!
Q : What if I don't have a concrete idea?
A : That’s normal. Most people only have initial concepts about their ideas. But once you start talking to other people, you might come up with something more innovative and more completed. You can choose to work with somebody else on their idea if you like it. And there will be prizes at the event which might help give you some ideas. Don’t worry about it, you’ll find something to work on.
Q : What if I don’t know how to code with NEO, but I know how to code with the required coding, can I still participate?
A : We welcome any developers that knows the required coding methods(C# / Python recommended). NEO technical will be on site assisting developers to understand NEO’s basic structure and concept.
Q : What is the maximum team size?
A : A team can consist of maximum 3-5 people.
Q : Do I have to be on site all the time?
A : You are free to go work with your team in any place that best meets your team’s need.
Q : WHERE do I get my meals?
A : We provide lunch and dinner on the catering table in the center of the hacking hall. We recommend you to eat at the catering table and help keep our venue clean for everyone.
Q : What should I Bring?
A : Your passion, ideas, and anything else you need to assist in your project like laptop, extension cord, wifi, and etc….
Q : Where can I keep my personal belongings?
A : Please find one of our staff on site and we will help you keep your belongings.
Q : Can I bring visitor to the hacking venue?
A : In order to ensure quality developing environment, only the registered participants are allowed to enter the hacking venue.
Q : Where can I smoke?
A : Ginza is a strict non-smoking area, the nearest smoking room you can smoke is the nearest convenient store. We will have a map on site to show the nearest smoking location.
